What do I need to submit a claim?
The information related to the stay (arrival date, departure date, property name, number of guests, currency types), the competing dive provider and rate, the ReserveDiving.com branded site rate, your personal information (name and contact information).

A ReserveDiving.com Customer Care Associate will contact you with a modified reservation number, if you already had a reservation, or will contact you with an offer to make a reservation at a new Rate Guarantee.

Can I receive credit for a stay based on a claim like I would on a non-claim stay?
Yes, the credit to be awarded to ReserveDiving.com Guest will be based on the rate actually paid by you at checkout.

You will receive a credit for the rate difference within 30 business days of submitting your claim.

No, ReserveDiving.com does not have the capability to translate Web sites of languages other than English.

What if I can book a particular dive through a Competing provider, but Not through ReserveDiving.com?
This may be a valid claim. Please submit a claim using the claim form and a ReserveDiving.com Customer Care Associate will evaluate it.

CLAIM FORM PROCESS:
Find a lower, published, available rate for the same dive type, and dates, prior to or within 24 hours of making a reservation on a ReserveDiving.com branded Web site.

Complete and submit the claim form.
A ReserveDiving representative will evaluate your claim to ensure it meets our Terms & Conditions. Within 72 hours, a ReserveDiving.com representative will contact you with the status of your claim. Should your claim be valid, we will update your current reservation or, if you have yet to book the dive, we will offer to book you a new reservation.
